The demand for specialist change expertise is growing and so are we. You will notice a name change from Jane Judd Consulting to Judd & Co to acknowledge the broader contribution of our fabulous team.

Global President, Change Management Institute

Jane Judd was elected Global President of the Change Management Institute (CMI) at the end of 2015. This is a voluntary role and contributes to the promotion of thought leadership and professional growth in the change management field globally. Jane really enjoys the network this generates and the opportunity to tap into latest ideas and thinking from around the world.

New framework

We have recently developed a change capability framework that enables organisations to identify the key ingredients for change agility and how to build the necessary skills to achieve it. If you are interested in hearing more about this, please contact us to arrange an overview. We use the framework with our clients to build capability together – it is working well!!

Digital Transformation

We are being asked everywhere we go on what we think digital transformation really means. It seems that most people understand the general impact of being constantly connected and the way that technology has become more predictive and intuitive. What our network is contemplating is what this means in organisations and whether it changes the way we engage and adapt to change…the answer is yes! The way we approach change is changing and we believe will pick up pace over the next 2 years. Did you know?
