Meet The Team

Jane Judd - Managing Director

Jane is an experienced and skilled strategic change facilitator and practitioner. She is passionate about business change and the need to develop people strategies alongside change initiatives to ensure the change is sustainable and delivers the required business value. Jane advocates this is a combination of art and science and is talented in helping leaders navigate the change initiatives in their business.

Jane has worked in this field for 20 years across many industries in New Zealand and the UK, in both the public and private sector. Jane’s combination of Organisational Development and Business Consulting expertise provide her with the depth of skills and experience required to facilitate and support a multitude of business change situations from business transformation and strategy execution to culture change and capability development. Jane holds a BA (Hons) in Humanities, specialising in English, French and History, and has also completed a postgraduate certificate in Training and Human Resource Management. Jane was awarded Franklin Covey International Facilitator of the Year in 1998, following her extensive work with Covey’s leadership programmes. She is certified in Cultural Transformation Tools (Barrett Values Centre) and is an accredited practitioner of Prosci’s change management methodology. Jane is Global President of the Change Management Institute.

Becca Ebels - Change Consultant

Becca has worked in the change management and strategy field for seven years gaining experience across a range of business change situations. She has considerable experience of implementing technology related strategy in a variety of industries, both public and private sector. She is able to grasp complex change and translate the concepts into easily digestible formats. Becca has undertaken the full range of change activities, with a particular focus on stakeholder engagement and communications. Becca is approachable and a team player who quickly becomes an active contributor of a client project team. Becca is an accredited practitioner of Prosci’s change management methodology.

Katherine Rive – Change Consultant

Katherine is a highly capable senior change practitioner. Katherine’s excellent relationship management skills, coupled with a strong delivery focus, allow her to quickly build trust and credibility with a range of stakeholders. She is positive and collaborative, and is adept at applying change frameworks and methodology in a practical way to support all aspects of change strategy, planning and delivery. Katherine has a breadth of experience across a range of change initiatives from IT system implementations to strategic business transformation programmes involving policy, governance, service delivery, process, role and technology change. Katherine has pioneered the development of change capability within an organisation constantly measuring and driving change maturity. She is also highly skilled in change portfolio management both from a function design and a methodology.

Brian Yee – Associate and Trouble-shooter

Brian is a highly skilled business professional who has a sound mix of commercial rigour with significant people management. Brian has worked as a CEO in a not for profit organisation and has also assisted with a number of business improvement and change projects in a range of commercial and not for profit environments. Brian’s strength is unravelling business situations that are under performing or not gaining traction as intended and working with the teams or business leaders to create a pathway forward. Very much focused on business change and performance improvement Brian uses his interpersonal skills and business acumen to coach and mentor the team to a different place. Brian has an unassuming style that quickly earns him respect as he raises sensitive issues with care and is thorough in his work. He quickly grasps the challenges being faced and creates pragmatic solutions in a way that everyone understands what is required and will welcome his support to deliver success.
